Decide which sport that you would like to try out for. Check out the schedule and see if it would be something that you could fit into your daily life and activities.

Begin conditioning for your designated sport. Develop a daily exercise routine to get into shape. Try walking, jogging or different kinds of exercise to get your body ready.

Begin some trial runs on your own or with a friend. Time yourself for different kinds of routines and runs. Have some honest or close friends watch for anything that might need some improvement.
