Riding Schools for the Disabled

Horseback riding can be very therapeutic. Horses are often used for individuals who suffer from physical and mental injuries, illnesses and disabilities. Riding helps the student to increase muscle strength as well as stimulating mental function and increasing confidence. Riding can also give the individual a sense of purpose and an enjoyable time during each lesson.
