Enzo Subtank Installation

The Enzo subtank system is a performance enhancement for the front forks of a dirt bike. It enhances front fork performance by giving it speed sensitivity, which causes the forks to compress firmly at high speeds and compress slower at low speeds. Installing a subtank system on your bike's front forks is straightforward, taking less than an hour to complete.

Instructions

    • 1

Remove the front number plate by removing each screw, securing it with a flat screwdriver.

    • 2

Remove the two caps found at the top of the front fork using a 7/8-inch wrench to loosen the center nut.

    • 3

Position the caps provided with the subtank with the tap facing the outside of the fork to avoid hose tangling. Tighten using the original nut until snug.

    • 4

Position the subtanks on the inside of the fork at the desired height with the hose at the bottom, pointing toward the ground, and the adjuster bleeders out to the side for easy access.

    • 5

Place a 4-inch hose clamp around the center of both subtanks and clamp them to the fork by tightening the clamp with a flat screwdriver until snug.

    • 6

Bring the subtank hoses up along the outside of the fork and tread the loose ends into the tap on the cap until snug. Reinstall the front number plate.
