DIY Isotonic Drink

Athletes consume isotonic beverages before, during and after practice, races and games. Isotonic drinks are preferable to water, as they replace fluids lost through sweating and provide a boost of much-needed energy before exercise. Commercial isotonic drinks can be expensive, come in wasteful plastic packaging and contain artificial ingredients. You can save money making a natural isotonic drink at home.
