1
Make a solution of warm water and several drops of mild dish soap. Stir the mixture until the water is sudsy.
-
2
Saturate a clean sponge with the solution and wring out the excess water. Scrub away dark scuffs from artificial turf and dirty cleat marks using the abrasive side of the sponge.
-
3
Clean the nooks of the ball and any dirty threading using the head of an old toothbrush. Avoid using too much of the solution on your toothbrush, as some of it may seep inside the ball or loosen the threading. Wipe the ball dry with a soft towel.
-
4
Coat the ball with a light layer of synthetic leather cleaner and allow it to dry for half an hour.
-
5
Buff off the cleaner with a flannel cloth to restore a subtle shine and like-new look to your ball.
