How to Remove a Crescent Butt Plate

Removing a crescent butt plate from the butt stock of a rifle can be done in just a couple of minutes with a screwdriver. The crescent butt plate is designed to protect the back of the gun stock so it won't splinter or get damaged. It also works as padding to protect the shoulder of the rifle shooter.
