How to Float in a Swimming Pool
Floating is one of the most important moves any swimmer can learn. Floating is necessary for not only the back stroke but also can help you rest if you get stuck in deep water. Humans are naturally buoyant but need to be in the correct position to take advantage of it. Learning how to float should be one of the first things new swimmers do.
