Places to SCUBA Dive in November
-
Croatia
-
The diving season in Croatia runs from May through November, but after September the crowds drastically decline while the Adriatic water is still warm.
Croatia is an excellent diving location to view ship wrecks, in addition to coral reefs, caves and a diverse marine life among the country's 1,000 islands. The best diving is in the deeper waters, with Jabuka Island being the deepest point. The average visibility in the waters around Croatia range from 60 to 90 feet.
You need a diving permit to legally dive from Croatia, obtained at any diver center when you provide your passport and diving certification. The permit is valid for one year.
Bahamas

Diving is excellent year round in the Bahamas, with visibility between 80 to 150 feet and temperatures averaging 80 to 85 degrees. There are many options of where to dive within the 700 islands and 2,500 tiny cays. The island boasts 100,000 square miles of water to dive in, as well as tropical and pelagic fish, shallow to medium-depth coral reefs and caverns, shark and dolphin encounters, and even ship wrecks of various ages. New Providence and Grand Bahama are two particular points of interest for divers on the island.
Bonaire

Rated as the second best destination dive in the Caribbean by "SCUBA Diving Magazine" in 2010 (and first in January 2009), this small island just just north of Venezuela has had reefs protected as a marine park for the past 30 years. The small Dutch island has more than 60 dive operators and dive resorts that make their tanks available 24 hours a day. The island is so popular with divers, it even hosts an annual Dive Festival every June.
The temperature rarely falls below 75 degrees, even in the winter, and the average visibility in the water ranges from 50 to 100 feet.
