How to Improve Basketball Handling With Ball Wraps

Instructions

    • 1

      Hold the ball firmly at your forehead.

      Take the ball in your right hand and move it clockwise to the back of your head.

      Move your left hand to the back of your head to grab the ball.

      Bring the ball around with your left hand to the starting point at your forehead. You should be in the exact position as Step 1.

      Do two more repetitions clockwise around your head.

      Position the ball in front of your belly button.

      Take the ball in your right hand and move it clockwise to your lower back.

      Move your left hand to your lower back to grab the ball.

      Bring the ball around with your left hand to the starting point at your belly button. You should be in the exact position as Step 6.

      Do two more repetitions around your waist.

      Put your legs together.

      Position the ball in front of your knees.

      Take the ball in your right hand and move it clockwise until you get it behind your knees.

      Move your left hand to your lower to grab the ball.

      Bring the ball around with your left hand to the starting point in front of your knees. You should be in the exact position as Step 12.

      Do two more repetitions around your knees.

      Staying at the knees, repeat the process moving the ball counter-clockwise three repetitions--then counter-clockwise around the waist three repetitions--finally, counter-clockwise at the head three repetitions.

      Continue alternating clockwise and counter-clockwise for 60 seconds.
