How to Do a Round-Off Half Twist Back-Flip
Gymnastic stunts can be performed on their own or in conjunction with dance or cheering moves. The round-off half twist back flip is an advanced stunt that should only be attempted by individuals with gymnastics experience who can perform front and back flips, and a spotter should be used during the learning process.

Leave some room between yourself and the mat, get a running start and perform a round-off.

Jump back into the air immediately and assume a tucked position in the air.

Wait until you are at the highest point of the jump, grab your knees and twist 180 degrees counter-clockwise.

Raise your arms and land on the balls of your feet, facing the same direction you were facing when you began.
