Lie down on the floor with your palms flat by your ears and your knees bent and open so that your feet are flat on the floor.

Push up and arch the back so you rise off of the ground, supported by your hands and feet only. Your head should be between your elbows.

    • 3

Strengthen the muscles by walking while in the bridge position, and by lifting and lowering one leg at a time.

Kick one leg up and allow the other leg to follow, this should bring you into a handstand.

Continue to bring the legs forward to land the back walkover, one landing before the other.
