1
Saw the 48 inch long wooden boards into two halves cross ways. Ensure that you shape the boards in a 90 degree triangular form. This means that you should have four 90 degree triangles made from the two wooden boards.
-
2
Use your drill machine to make four rows of openings around the periphery of the 36 inch wooden board. Space and position four holes at a 3-by-4 inch distance from the shorter boundary and make sure the holes have a 2 inch space between them. Continue this procedure on the other shorter boundary. Drill openings in the above manner on the other two longer boundaries at a distance of 12 inches from the boundary. Ensure that you have made a total of 16 equal openings along the boundaries of the board.
-
3
Utilize your drill machine to make four more holes in the triangles that were created out of the 48 inch wooden board. Place these holes in a position where they separate the bottom 8 inch boundary from the 48 inch length. Repeat the same procedure for the 36 inch board.
-
4
Place the screws into the openings you have made in the boards and join all of the right angled triangles together. Also attach the 36 inch wooden board to the triangles using screws.
-
5
Set the plywood board above the triangular pieces in the position of a smooth platform. Turn the whole structure upside down to see where the position of the holes should be and pinpoint this position with a marker. Make sure you compose the surface of your plywood in line with these marks that you have made.
-
6
Make four equal sized openings in the position of the marks that you made. Begin the first opening at a distance of 5 inches from the boundary of the platform. Screw in screws in the openings to join the platform with the remaining structure.
