1
Roll your bike out of the garage and lift it onto the bike stand. The middle of the engine block should sit securely on the stand with both wheels sitting off the ground.
-
2
Grab the degreaser spray and begin to put a light coat over the exterior of the engine. Let it sit for about 20 minutes, letting it work into all the dirt and loosen everything up.
-
3
Turn on the heat steam power washer and let it warm up. Begin spraying the engine with the sprayer. The power washer is quite powerful, so don't get too close to the paint on the motorcycle frame and chip the paint.

4
Wait for it to dry, and then begin hand-drying the engine with the towel. Make sure to get all of the water off, as any droplets left on the chrome engine will end up leaving water spots.
