How to Wiggle on Ripstik
While the RipStik and skateboard may appear similar to the untrained eye, the riding techniques are completely different. To gain speed on the skateboard, you simply have to push off the ground with your shoe. The method for gaining speed on the RipStik is often referred to as the wiggle. The wiggle consists of a hip swinging motion that creates forward momentum. According to RipStik, pushing the foot platforms back and forth will aid the wiggling technique.
