How to Display a Skate Deck

Putting your old skate decks on display serves both as a reminder to the boards you once rode and as a great decoration fo your room. Displaying a skate deck in your house is a quick task that should take no longer than a few minutes.

  • Skateboard deck
  • Phillips-head screwdriver
  • Plastic mounting hooks

      Remove the trucks and wheels from your skateboard using a Phillips-head screwdriver. This makes the deck more visible and allows you to use your trucks and wheels on another skateboard.

      Take the plastic mounting hooks, which will not leave a residue, and find a place in your house to stick them to the walls. They will work on wood paneling, wallpaper and painted walls.

      Grab the skateboard deck, and with the design facing away from the wall, place the deck on the adhesive hooks. It will hold it in place for as long as you want it on the wall.
