Take your personal eating inventory, figure out what foods you like in the categories
mentioned and make a list of them and how you like them prepared. Keep in mind that if you add anything other than spices or no cal sweetener beware of adding calories. -

Out with the bad.......
Throw away or give away the old harmful food and bring in the new healthy items. -

Prepare your food as much as possible in advance and carry something with you at all times so that you do not backslide. Also bottled water is a must to have with you at all times.

Strap on the old pedometer and walk 3.5 -4 miles at the end of every day.

Remember .... eat several small meals per day.
You may have soup, and if you need a crunchy snack you can have the 98% fat free popcorn.
If you love sweet tea the use an artificial sweetener and deracinated tea and have as much as you like.
