How to Adjust the Wheels on an Upright Stamina Bike

Stamina Products, Inc. is a fitness equipment company that produces a large selection of products, such as inversion systems, strength systems, dumbbells, elliptical machines and exercise bikes. Some of the Stamina upright bikes have transport wheels on the bottom of the front frame. Tilt the bike forward to move it to another room. The wheel assembly includes levelers. Adjust these to make sure the bike and wheels are level when you use or move the machine.

Instructions

    • 1

Kneel at the front of the bike and look under the frame. The leveling feet are under the front stabilizer bar, one on each end. Each leveling foot attaches to the stabilizer bar with a small, metal leg. The adjustment nut is at the top of the leg, just below the stabilizer bar. Loosen the nut until it rotates down the leg and touches the leveling foot.

    • 2

Turn the leveling foot to raise or lower it as needed. Tighten the nut, turning it until it is securely against the stabilizer bar.

    • 3

Repeat on the other leveling foot.

    • 4

Check that the bike is level and and that both wheels are the same distance above the floor. The wheels should not touch the floor when the bike is sitting upright. They only touch the floor when you pull the unit forward to move it.
