How to Use Weider Body Works

The Weider Body Works 5000 is an in-home exercise system that uses your body weight for resistance. You can do more than 50 strength exercises on the Body Works 5000, including presses, rows, curls, squats, crunches and extensions. You change the resistance by adjusting the incline of the glide board; the greater the incline, the more of your body weight you are lifting. The Body Works 5000 also includes four resistance bands, which offer an extra 50 pounds of resistance.
