How to Use Ab Force

If crunches and push-ups are becoming a bit monotonous, break up your routine with a new piece of exercise equipment. The Ab Force works your stomach, back and arms. The small piece of equipment can be used at home. It uses four small rubber wheels, like those in in-line skates, and handles that allow you to grip it while exercising. Use a smooth motion when working with the Ab Force to better your experience.

Instructions

    • 1

Start on a hard surface on your knees. You want your knees to be perpendicular to the ground.

    • 2

Hold onto the handles so that the pointed part of the Ab Force is facing you. You want your arms straight and the wheels in line with your body.

    • 3

Start with the Ab Force in line, below your head and your back straight.

    • 4

Roll the Ab Force away from your body, straight forward and bring the Ab Force back into the starting position. Move as far forward as you want, whatever is comfortable for you. The objective is to be able to roll the Ab Force back. This move will work your stomach, back and arms.

    • 5

Move forward and slightly to the left, in a curved line with the Ab Force. Bring the Ab Force back along that line and go slightly to the right in the same motion. This motion will work your obliques.

    • 6

Keep your back straight and flat as you tighten your stomach with every move. Don't move your knees throughout each exercise.
