How to Use iGallop
The iGallop is a small stool-like fitness device designed to mimic the motions of a horse ride. Riding an iGallop will, ostensibly, help improve your posture and may also help tone your midsection from trying to keep your balance on the little stool. The iGallop features four adjustable speeds, and because it does not require the use of your hands, leaves you free to do light upper-body workouts while the machine is running.
