The body opponent bag, also known as BOB, is produced by Century Fitness. The BOB is a simulated opponent that you can spar with. The skin of the BOB is made out of plastisol, a lightweight, easy-to-clean material that mimics the properties of skin. The BOB can withstand a hard workout, but may need to be cleaned off after use. This process is simple and can lengthen the life your plastic workout partner.

  • Damp rag
  • Dry towel
  • Dish soap

      Put a dime-sized amount of dish soap on a damp rag.

      Wipe down the BOB starting with the head and working your way down.

      Wipe any excess soap off of the BOB with another damp rag.

      Dry the BOB with a towel and store in a cool dry place until your next workout.
