1
Place two cinder blocks shoulder-distance apart on the ground. The flat 8-inch side of each block should be facing up and the 6-inch open sides should be facing each other. Train your stabilizer muscles by placing one hand on each block, or make your pushups more challenging by placing one foot on each block.

2
Position four blocks on the ground so that the flat 8-inch side of each is facing up. The blocks should be tightly pushed together to form a 16x32-inch rectangle that is 6 inches high. Double the height by evenly stacking four more blocks on top of your rectangle. Use your platform to do step-ups, alternating your lead foot. You can also sit on the edge of your platform to do triceps dips.

3
The open sides of your cinder blocks face sideways when you are stacking. Create your third exercise station by placing four blocks on the ground so that the flat 8-inch side of each block is facing up and the blocks are tightly pushed together to form another 16x32-inch. Straddle your 16-inch-wide platform, standing with a foot on each side. Use this exercise station to perform straddle jumps.
