It’s estimated that 80% of Americans will deal with back pain at some point in their life. Our daily habits of sitting, typing, texting, and driving certainly contribute to this problem. In fact, back pain, shoulder pain, and stress-related tension is what led me to Pilates nearly 10 years ago.
And thankfully, Pilates healed me. My back pain is gone and I have the the Pilates method to thank. The combination of stretching, strengthening and connecting my mind to my body transformed the way I felt each day. And I have SO many clients who can say the same.
