How to Run With Dr. Scholl's Foot Mapping Insoles
Instructions

-
1
Remove your shoes. Step on the Dr. Scholl's Foot Mapping kiosk. Make sure your feet are within the two large footprint outlines.
-
2
Press the "Start" button and follow the onscreen instructions. The kiosk will instruct you to lean forward, and then lift one foot and lean forward. The system analyzes your foot's pressure points, arch type, body weight and foot size to recommend the Dr. Scholl's premade orthotic that will work best for your foot.
-
3
Slip the Dr. Scholl's insoles into your shoes.
-
4
Place your foot into the shoe and lace them up.
-
5
Stand up in the shoe and make sure the Dr. Scholl's insole is comfortable.
-
6
Run with the Dr. Scholl's insoles inserted into the shoes. Don't wear the insoles more than three to four hours at a time during the first 48 hours of use. This will give your foot time to get used to the insole. After 48 hours, increase wearing time to six hours to eight hours. After two weeks, you can wear the Dr. Scholl's insoles all day.
