Make a list of your attributes, both the good and the bad. Don't limit the list to your mental attributes; make sure you include your physical skills too.

Concentrate on one task at a time. After checking out the list you've made, decide on what you want to improve each day. Make a calendar and put each of the mental and physical skills you want to improve on it. For example, you may want to work on math on Monday for your mental skill and riding your bike as your physical skill.

Work on each of your skills each day. Sometimes you can combine the two. For instance, you could read while riding your stationary bike, which will improve a mental and physical skill at the same time.

Talk to other people to improve your mental skills. You can combine this with walking. In other words, at lunch each day ask someone different to join you. This way you can increase your mental skills and physical skills by walking to a place to eat and talking to the person.
