1
Warm up well before your activity and make sure that part of your warm up includes stretching. Stretching as part of your warm up not only helps to prevent injury, it also prepares your body for a work out, increasing flexibility, agility, performance and endurance.

2
Breathe to increase endurance. Your body, particularly your muscles, need a constant supply of oxygen to keep your body moving. One simple way to increase your endurance is to ensure that you maintain steady, deep breathing throughout your activity. If you feel winded at any point during your work out, slow down and take a moment to catch your breath, as a short breather will keep you going a lot longer.
-
3
Pace yourself to improve endurance. Try not to expel all of your energy in the first half of your work out. While you may have lots of energy and feel like you can do anything towards the beginning of your workout, remember that you can quickly peter out towards the end. You will reap far more benefits from a long, steady work out than a quick, exhausting session.

4
Drink plenty of water. Make sure that you stay hydrated by drinking water before, during and after your activity. When you begin to become dehydrated, your body must work harder to extract water from your body's cells, taking energy away from your work out. Increase your water intake and you'll surely have more endurance.
