Sit on the floor with your legs together straight out in front of you. Slowly lean forward until your upper body is as close to your legs as possible.

Wrap your hands around your feet while you are leaning forward. You may not be able to reach your feet on the first attempt, so just reach as far as you can.

Lean forward again but reach your toes with the opposite hands in alternating stretches. Touch your left foot with your right hand and your right foot with your left hand.

Lay flat on your back with your arms to the side and lift your legs straight up into the air. Keep moving your legs backwards until your toes touch the ground above your head.

Lay on your back with your hands behind your head and your legs bent at a 90-degree angle. Slowly bring your knees back toward your stomach as far as you can get them.

Lay on your back with your hands on either side of your head and your legs raised at a 45-degree angle. Twist your right elbow in and bend your left knee until they are touching. Do the same with your left elbow and right knee.

Rest on your stomach with your arms on either side of your body. Lift your head and arch you back until your chest is off the ground and vertical.
