Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart.

Calf Stretch

Stand facing a wall with your feet about shoulder-width apart.

Stretch your arms out in front of you and place your palms on the wall.

Take a step back with one foot. Your front knee will bend. Step about 2 or 3 feet or as far as you are comfortable.

Lean forward while bending your elbows, keeping your back heel on the floor.
