How to Do Cable Glute Extensions
Cable glute extensions are a type of strength exercise focusing solely on the gluteals, or buttock muscles. They can be modified by adding or decreasing weights and can even be done using resistance bands. Start off by doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg, and work your way up to adding more weights or doing additional repetitions.
