How to Fix Pool Cues
Playing pool is a popular hobby for many people. When a pool cue breaks it may be difficult or impossible to practice pool, leaving room for frustration and anger. Pool cues can be repaired using items found in home renovation department stores, such as sandpaper, superglue and razor blades. Pool cue repair is a process that wont take up too much time out of your day, and will leave you satisfied with a pool cue that is as good as new.
Things You'll Need
- Pool cue
- Superglue
- Razor blade
- Sandpaper
- Pool cue tips

Cut off the remaining piece on the end of the pool cue using a razor blade.

Sand the top of the pool cue using your sandpaper, then sand down the end of the replacement tip.

Apply glue to the end of the pool cue and the bottom of the replacement tip.

Press the replacement tip carefully onto the end of the pool cue, keeping them as straight as possible. Hold both pieces in place for one minute.

Trim off any excess material from the new tip to make the pieces blend together.

Wet the sides of the pool cue tip and burnish with the sandpaper. Shape the tip into your desired shape.
