Specifications of the Kelty Clark Tent

The Clark by Kelty is a one-person backpacker tent suitable for spring, summer and fall usage. This is a roomy tent with a vestibule area for storage of gear, boots, or even for indoor cooking when conditions outside are inclement. It has a polyester rainfly with quick release buckles and collapsible vents to release condensation. Set-up can be executed entirely from the exterior of the tent. A minimum of just three stakes are required, but five are recommended. The Clark tent's primary color is white with contrasting color panels of orange or black.

    • The Clark tent walls are fabricated of 1.9-oz. nylon. The floor is made of 2.3-oz. polyurethane-coated nylon. The fly doors are 2.3-oz. polyurethane-coated polyester.

    Poles

    • Two 8.5 mm DAC 7001-T62 anodized aluminum poles support the tent. Vaulted PolePilot pole sleeves make threading the poles quick and easy.

    Weight

    • Packaged weight including all ties and cords plus five standard stakes is 3 pounds 15 oz. Weight of the tent alone without set-up gear is 3 pounds 1 oz.

    Dimensions

    • The Clark tent is 107 inches long, 37 inches wide at shoulder point and 25 inches wide at the foot. It is 40 inches high. Total floor space of the Clark is 17.8 square feet.
