How to Cut a Fishing Line With Scissors
While fishermen cannot use scissors to actually catch fish, the tools nevertheless are an integral part of anglers' arsenals. Scissors can cut through all kinds of fishing line---braided, fluorocarbon and monofilament---and anglers who use them avoid using their teeth to cut the line, which can cause teeth to break or chip. There are scissors packaged and sold for use by fishermen, but in reality, anglers can use any pair of scissors, so long as they are sharp.
