How to Make a Teeter Totter for an Obstacle

A teeter totter is not only an entertaining toy for children, it can also be a training obstacle for dogs. The idea, originally credited to aerospace engineer, Ken Fairchild, is designed to improve the dog's agility. Once the dog has mastered the obstacle, it is also used at dog shows, to demonstrate athedog's agility.
