1
Bring the PWC as close to the boat launch as possible. Point the nose face forward.
-
2
Back the toy hauler down to the boat launch and position as close to the water as possible. Have an assistant act as spotter during the backup process. Open the toy hauler cargo doors, found at the back of the hauler. Use the door pin locks to keep them fully open.
-
3
Attach one end of the portable winch to a metal loop on the inside of the toy hauler. Most toy haulers have stout metal loops inside, used to secure heavy items and cables. Clip the short cable from the winch to the loop as near the end of the toy hauler as possible.
-
4
Clip the winch cable to the front of the PWC. Look under the front nose lip for a hauling hook on the PWC.
-
5
Winch the hauler up the ramp and into the cargo space. Pack the PWC into place using foam cradles. These cradles are available at motor sports stores and marine supply stores.
-
6
Leave the winch cable attached to the front of the PWC and the hauler. Bungee cord the sides of the PWC to the side loops in the hauler.
