Instructions

    • 1

Remove both wheels of the bicycle by removing the bolts using the Allen wrench. Place the bicycle in an upside down position.

    • 2

Get the front brake of the bicycle brakes set. The front brake has a shorter bolt than the back brake. Remove the bolt that is attached to the brake and slide it to the small hole of the fork. Insert the bolt that you detached and tighten it to the fork using the Allen wrench. Make sure that it is tightly screwed.

    • 3

Attach the back brake using the same procedures in Step 2.

    • 4

Attach the one end of the 2 wires that is found in the bicycle brakes set to the right brake clutch that is found in the handle of the bicycle using the Phillips head screwdriver. The brake clutch is still open at this time. It will tighten up only once the wire has been installed. Attach the other end to the front brake itself. The wire for the front brake is shorter than the wire for the back brake. Make sure that it is screwed tightly. Check if it is working by squeezing the clutch. If the front brake will grip, it is installed correctly.

    • 5

Attach the back brakes using the same procedure in Step 4, only this time attach one end of the wire to the left brake clutch.

    • 6

Reinstall the wheels of the bike using the bolts and the Allen wrench.

    • 7

Squeeze the brake clutches again to see whether the brakes will grip the wheels to make the bicycle stop.

    • 8

Tie the loose wires to the body of the bike using the cable ties so that they will be secured to the bicycle.
