  1. How to Adjust the Fox Float RP23 Shock.

    • 1

Adjust the ProPedal. This is used to reduce the suspension bob caused by pedaling. To adjust the ProPedal on the fly, use the large blue lever on the side of the shock. There are two settings: Open and ProPedal. A counterclockwise turn is used to bring it to '"Open" and a clockwise turn takes it to "ProPedal."

    • 2

Attached to the ProPedal lever is a three-prong numbered knob. This is used to adjust the firmness of the suspension bob reduction when the lever is turned to "ProPedal." To adjust, simply pull out the knob, turn it in a clockwise motion and align the desired setting with the lever, with "1" being light, "2" being medium and "3" being firm. Push in the knob and you're good to go.

Adjust the rebound. This is the rate at which the shock returns after it has been depressed. To adjust the rebound, look for a red dial attached to the ProPedal lever. For a slower rebound, adjust the dial in a clockwise motion, and for a quicker rebound, adjust the dial counterclockwise.
