Motor Failure

Move the switch to "Semi" or "Auto" and test the firing mechanism. Verify that the selector switch is not on "Safe."

Charge the battery pack and verify proper connection to the gun. Check the positive and negative connectors leading to the battery pack. The connectors must not be reversed.

Lift the handguard to access the fusebox. Replace the fuse if it has blown.
Non-firing Gun

Insert the magazine charging-rod in the magazine. Plunge it up and down several times to dislodge any BBs stuck in the magazine.

Run the cleaning rod through the muzzle to dislodge any BBs stuck in the barrel.

Inspect the motor-drive gear. Order a replacement gear if it is stripped, broken or damaged.
No Full-Auto Operation

Charge the battery pack.

Place the magazine charging-rod in the magazine. Plunge it up and down several times to dislodge any BBs stuck in the magazine.

Consult with a dealer or approved service center if electrical malfunction is suspected.
No Semi-Auto Operation

Charge the battery pack fully.

Set the selector switch to "Auto" and fire at least five shots. Set the selector switch back to "Semi" and attempt to fire single shots.

Consult with a dealer or approved service center if electrical malfunction is suspected.
Reduced Range

Load the gun with proper airsoft plastic BBs. Standard metal BBs are too small and heavy for use in many airsoft guns.

Inspect the firing mechanism for leaking O-rings or a faulty piston spring.

Lubricate the motor-drive gear with a few drops of silicone oil.

Evaluate the condition of the motor-drive gear if it appears damaged. Order a replacement gear or overhaul if necessary.
