How to Load UTG S368 With the Airsoft Speed Loader

The 368 is UTG's airsoft copy of the popular L96 sniper rifle. This airsoft replica has a rather unique magazine and loading operation, which can often confuse newer players. Even referring to the gun's manual doesn't help very much because its English translation leaves a lot to be desired. However, getting BBs into the magazine with a typical speed loader isn't all that difficult; it just requires a simple explanation on the proper technique.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the top of the speed loader and fill the inner chamber with BBs. Then close the top and shake it a few times to make sure that the BBs are in the proper position for loading.

    • 2

Push down on the top part of the S368's magazine with the bottom of your left hand, exposing the tube that the BBs are loaded into.

    • 3

Use your right hand to position the exit port of the speed loader over the entrance to the loading tube of the magazine.

    • 4

Use the index finger and thumb of your left to pinch the gap between the exit of the speed loader and the entrance to the tube. This prevents BBs from accidentally spilling during loading.

    • 5

Push down on the speed loader's plunger, forcing BBs into the magazine. Once the magazine stops allowing for easy operation of the plunger, stop loading. If loading continues, it increases the risk of jamming.

    • 6

Put the loaded magazine into the lower receiver of the S368 and you're ready to go.
