Stock And Trigger Components

Unscrew the inner magazine tube, and pull it out of the stock. Pull the bolt handle straight out from the right side of the receiver.

Remove the two receiver-cover screws at the bottom right of the receiver. Pull the receiver cover up and off. Take the ejector out of the slot. it is found on the left side of the receiver.

Loosen the large stock-screw on the bottom of the stock. Push it up until the barrel retainer unlocks from the recess in the top of the barrel. Slide the barrel forward and out of the stock. Remove the large stock-screw. Remove the barrel retainer from the stock.

Cock the hammer and engage the safety. Slide the bolt forward -- out of its tracks -- and remove it from the receiver. Move the bolt spring and bolt-spring guide forward. Remove these pieces from the receiver.

Disengage the safety, and hold back the hammer. Pull the trigger; allow the hammer to move forward and out of its tracks. Remove the hammer, hammer spring and hammer guide from the receiver.

Push out the crosspin at the front of the trigger guard. Remove the trigger guard.

Unhook the trigger spring. Push out the trigger crosspin, and remove the trigger.
Extractor And Sear

Push out the crosspin on the left side of the receiver; it is located below the extractor recess. Remove the cartridge-stop and spring from below the receiver.

Push the cartridge feed-throat down and out of its recess. Remove the feed-throat through the bottom of the receiver.

Pry the magazine-tube retainer out of its recess in the receiver; remove it through the top. Remove the magazine tube to the rear.

Compress the spring tension of the sear at the top of the receiver. Press the disconnector pivot at the bottom of the sear. Slowly release the spring tension, allowing the sear to pivot up.

Unhook the disconnector pivot-spring inside the bottom of the receiver. Press the disconnector pivot-pin out of each side of the receiver. Remove the disconnector assembly -- and the disconnector assembly-springs -- from the top of the receiver.

Push out the sear pivot-pin, and take the sear out of the top of the receiver.

Push out the last pivot pin at the end of the receiver. Remove the safety and safety lever. Pull the safety detent-pin out toward the rear. Remove the safety detent-spring and ball bearing.

Pry the firing pin's retaining-pin up on either side; remove the retaining pin. Remove the firing pin from the bolt.

Depress the extractor plunger with a small screwdriver, gradually release the spring tension. Remove the extractor from its recess.

Push out the pin across the top front of the bolt. Remove the cartridge guide.
