How to Remove a Triathlon Wetsuit
A triathlon wetsuit can make you feel more comfortable in the water and help you swim more efficiently. Getting off a wetsuit quickly can be difficult, especially when you're running to transition and thinking about the rest of your race. At some races, there are wetsuit strippers. For those times where you have no help, it is important to know how to get your wetsuit off while not expending too much time or energy.
