How to Put CO2 in a KJW M9

The KJW M9 is an airsoft pistol meant for usage in airsoft matches. This particular model, made in Taiwan, is available in several different styles and finishes, all based upon the real M9 pistol used by various military outfits and police agencies. It fires small, plastic BB projectiles at a low velocity. You can purchase magazines for this BB gun that propel projectiles using CO2 gas. The CO2 used for this BB gun comes in cartridge format. These cartridges are then loaded into the CO2 magazine.

      Remove the magazine from the airsoft gun.

      Hold the magazine bottom-up. Remove the bottom from the BB magazine. This should slide on and off. Place it somewhere it won't be lost.

      Unscrew the stopper from the bottom of the magazine using the 25-cent piece. Place the stopper somewhere you won't lose or forget about it.

      Insert the CO2 cartridge with the nozzle end facing down into the magazine.

      Place the stopper back on the magazine. Screw it back into place using the 25-cent piece.

      Slide the bottom of the magazine back into place.
