Ride your cruiser five miles a day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on week one. On Saturday and Sunday, ride your bike 10 miles each day.

Ride your cruiser 10 miles on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on week two. On Saturday and Sunday, ride your cruiser 20 miles each day.

Ride your cruiser 15 miles a day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on week three. On Saturday and Sunday, ride your cruiser 30 miles each day.

Ride your cruiser 20 miles each day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on week four. On Saturday and Sunday, ride your cruiser 45 miles.

Rest on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on week five. On Thursday, ride your cruiser 10 miles. Rest on Friday. On Saturday, get up at daybreak. Ride 20 miles and stop for 10 minutes. Ride another 20 miles and stop for 10 minutes. Get back on your cruiser and finish the last 20 miles of your metric century. Give yourself a pat on the back.
