Instructions

1
Learn to jump 180s (see "How to Do a 180 Jump on In-line Skates") to get used to winding up and spinning as you jump.
-
2
Roll forward at a slow-to-moderate speed - slower at first.
-
3
Crouch low and wind up your upper body in the direction opposite of your spin.
-
4
Jump straight up, unwinding your torso even as you begin to jump.
-
5
Spin 360 degrees in the air. Lift up your knees to give you extra time in the air. Lead with your head and really swing your arms to get your whole body around quickly.
-
6
Land rolling in the same direction as you were originally. Bend your knees and stagger your skates for extra balance.
