According to D&R Divers, scuba diving is a cross between an adrenaline rush and serenity where "you start to feel a part of the underwater world." Harrisburg Scuba Center, Atlantic Rangers Scuba Club and D&R Divers are just some of the scuba dive clubs in Pennsylvania. They will teach you the basics, get you certified and provide you with diving experiences in a variety of underwater landscapes.
