How to Measure Your Snowmobile Track
Thumping coming from the snowmobile tracks is an audible warning that the tension on the tracks may be too loose. You can measure the track tension to determine whether the tension needs adjustment. Too much tension will cause power loss and stress on suspension components. Measure your snowmobile track tension regularly and make adjustments if the tension is out.
