How to Make a Chest Harness

  • 1-in colorful tubular webbing, 9 ft long

Instructions

      Tie colorful tubular webbing together into a loop with a water knot.

      Twist the loop over itself to form a figure eight shape.

      Put the webbing behind your back and slip an arm through each figure eight hole. Pull the webbing all the way up to your shoulders.

      Pull the webbing from your shoulders to meet in front of your chest. Hold the webbing together with your hands and make sure the rope fits snugly and evenly against your chest bone. Adjust the water knot to tighten or loosen for comfort.

      Clamp the webbing of both loops into the carabiner in front of your chest. This will securely hold the two loops together.
