How to Use MLB.tv to Watch Baseball Games

If you're a diehard fan of a major league baseball team, but you live on the other side of the country, you can still watch all of their games. MLB.tv is a subscription service offered by MLB.com that gives displaced fans the opportunity to see their team's games.

Instructions

      Subscribe to MLB.tv. You can subscribe for a day, a month or the whole season. You can also choose to go with the default video speed of 400 kps or upgrade to the premium edition at 700 kps.

      Go to the MLB.tv homepage when you are ready to watch a game. Click on the MLB.tv icon of the game you would like to watch. Enter your login info and wait as your game loads in your media player.

      Expand your screen to full screen view and enjoy watching your game live. If the media player stops at any point, reload it by clicking on the MLB.tv icon again.

      Watch archived games by visiting the MLB.tv homepage, choosing a date from the scoreboard calendar and clicking on the MLB.tv icon. Most games are available as archived games as soon as a few hours after they have ended. You can watch the game in its entirety or fast-forward and rewind to watch only certain parts.
