Within a couple of years, the popularity of the website expanded to include students at any university, high school, large companies and now anyone with a valid email address. More than 60 million people now use Facebook to communicate with one another. Facebook can be a great place to put people together to participate in an NCAA March Madness pool. People from all over the United States can join together in a huge March Madness competition featuring hundreds or thousands of participants.

      Start a Facebook account to gain access to the system and to participate in the Facebook NCAA March Madness pool.

      Make your picks for all of the games during the NCAA tournament by posting your picks on your page in the space designated by the system.

      Collect great prizes from Facebook when you pick the most winning teams in each round of the tournament. Past prizes include iPods and Nintendo Wiis.

    Create a Pool with Facebook Members

      Set up a new NCAA March Madness pool at one of the sports websites.

      Invite all of your Facebook friends to participate in the new pool at the website of your choice.

      Collect an entry fee through the mail from each participant.

      Fill out the bracket on the sports website and direct every other participant to do the same shortly after the NCAA's Selection Sunday.
