      Register a domain with a trusted company. Popular choices are GoDaddy.com, Name.com, and Namecheap.com. Make sure your domain is relevant to the sport of football or your visitors will likely be misled about the website's content.

      Purchase website hosting from a well known source. Some suggestions include HostGator.com, BlueHost.com, and GoDaddy.com. Make sure your host provides cPanel access with the "Fantastico" feature enabled.

      Change you DNS name servers of your domain to your hosting account's details. Your hosting service will have sent you a confirmation of your purchase, as well as login details to your cPanel account, your temporary website address, and the name servers that you should pair with all of your hosted domains. Copy these addresses and paste them into your domain registrar's DNS name server fields for your football domain.

      Log in to your cPanel via the link provided to you by your host. Scroll down the page until you see "Fantastico."       Upload a related theme to your site. You may wish to make your site more appealing to the average football fan. In that case, you will want to find a football Wordpress theme to use for your website. Football themes are available all over the internet (See Resources below). To upload a theme, you will need to download an FTP program (See Resources below). Use your login details from your host in order to access your web server, and then upload the theme files to the appropriate location. Once the files are uploaded, select the theme in your Wordpress installation by visiting "Themes" under "Appearance."
