Look inside the Plano tackle box. If you have purchased a new box, it's easy to register your particular model. Inside the box or the surrounding packing materials you will find an application form for both the registration and to order a nameplate. You can fill this out in pen and mail it to the manufacturer, Plano Molding Company. Aside from the usual name and address information, you will need the model number for your tackle box. Once you have filled in all of the information, put the form in a stamped envelope and mail it to:

      Plano Molding Company
      431 E. South St.
      Plano, IL, 60545

Go online to register your Plano tackle box if you don't have the original form. If your box is secondhand, you will need to provide the model number and information about where you got it, but no receipt is required. After you fill out the registration, you will automatically be directed to a page where you can buy a nameplate for $2.50.

Call the manufacturer at 800-226-9868 if you have any problems completing your form. It is also possible to complete the registration process and order a nameplate over the telephone. Ask the customer relations representative to read back everything to check the spelling.
